Master Site Plan & Renderings
An updated Master Site Plan is now available. Also available are proposed renderings of the townhomes and condos.
Facts at a glance:

Currently, at least 150 feet is planned between most buildings and the next nearest home. (This is the equivalent to half the length of an NFL football field). In many locations, as much as 200 feet separation is currently planned.

Each entrance is separate from existing neighborhoods.

No additional traffic through existing neighborhoods or on existing neighborhood streets will be created. (Boca Lago Boulevard and Lyons Road are both public Palm Beach County roads)

All existing nature preserve areas will remain untouched.
